Do Shit That Matters. It’s been COMMON’s rallying call from day one. And at no other time in history has it been more relevant.

In 2019, more CO2 was emitted into the atmosphere than ever before in history, economic disparities continue to widen, nationalism is on the rise globally, etc. (all due in part to the effects of capitalism). We could go on and on.

In response, an entirely new business system is emerging, one venture at a time. That means new models, products and services, technologies, supply chains, reporting and metrics, laws, and distribution of profits. No one has it all figured out, and the necessary pieces and people are at different stages of development.

You, we, are the ones doing the hard work, doing the heavy lifting of creating the new business system – together as one global movement. Coming together to celebrate our commitment to a shared purpose, shared goals, shared values and shared means is the critical fuel for inspiration and regeneration all of us need to continue driving our work forward.

If Do Shit That Matters is indeed a rallying call to entrepreneurs around the world to join our movement, what else is it?
