AT 400 MEMBERS
- We will add key staff to provide free services such as design, research, etc.

- We will expand free services
- Distribute at least 30% of net profits to members
ULTIMATE GOAL
- Provide the majority of basic services needed to run your business for free
- Distribute 100% of net profits to from our collective actIvities back to the community
A FUND THAT CREATES SHARED VALUE
A COMMON Fund will be established that members will co-manage and distribute alongside COMMON’s management. Here are a few ways we can increase the size of the fund. Click the image above to learn more.
- Start a new COMMON Venture, license the COMMON brand.
- Use COMMON for creative and strategic services and lets us contract members of the community and network.
- Create a fund for low interest micro loans.
- Commit 1% of your revenues to the COMMON fund.
ENSURING YOUR PARTICIPATION

You agree to shift what defines you as COMMON members from paying a membership fee to being a co-investor in a powerful alternative to business as usual.

You prioritize a small amount of time (15–30 minutes) each week to be visible active within the community,

You offer assistance to a fellow COMMONer once per month.

You maintain financial integrity at $99 a month. (Integrity includes communicating when you cannot maintain the financial commitment.)

Member distributions will be based on the length of time as an active member and money paid in membership fees. Distribution schedule TBD.
THE FASTEST WAY TO ACTIVATE PROFIT SHARING
Profit sharing will begin the moment we hit 400 members. The quickest route (or most meaningful route) to getting there isn’t raising capital or creating an elaborate advertising campaign. It’s us. You. Me. Person to Person. Human to Human. If each of us commits to inviting one person to join COMMON and to supporting them in being successful as a member once they do we’ll get to 400 members and beyond in a flash.
