On September 20th-27th, millions of young people around the world are going to demand that our governments and corporations do more to ensure that they inherit a healthy planet.
….The occasion? …..The Climate Strike.
The Strike will take place globally, and will be powered by young people (in partnership with adults) who will walk out of schools and jobs, and take to the streets insisting on action. (Join a strike by you.)
….One of our members in the U.K., Cindy Forde, and her daughter will be participating in the Strike.
And we want to launch Cindy and Planetari right into the middle of the massive energy around the Strike.

….Cindy is the Founder of Planetari, a multimedia education system that teaches children to be the innovators and entrepreneurs for a better world. It is the first education system – ever- that teaches children to understand the earth as an interconnected system.

OUR GOAL!
….Our goal is to raise enough money to fund the production and donation of her Makerzines, An Ocean Adventure, to schools in coastal regions in the United States and Europe.
….To do that we need to inspire 750 people to purchase one (1) Makerzine. That’s it! 750 people. We so got this!!!
….The Makerzines will be sold for $20 each. Each purchase will cover the production cost for one additional Makerzine that will be donated to a school. Think TOMS shoes buy-one-give-one model.
