Upon approval, we will automatically bill your credit card for the amount indicated and your total charges will appear on your monthly credit card statement. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.

You can cancel your membership and monthly subscription at any time.

A one-time $50 non-refundable fee will be charged to set up your account.
